Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy:
You have a generous window of 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria:
For a successful return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same pristine condition as you received it, without any signs of wear or use.
- The original tags must be attached to the item.
- It should be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions regarding the return procedure. Kindly note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without prior authorization.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon delivery. In the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are ineligible for return, including perishable goods, custom-made products, personalized items, and personal care goods. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For clarifications about specific items, please contact us.
Please be aware that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
For a quicker resolution, we recommend initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without the need for justification. The return criteria remain consistent: the item should be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and assess your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please consider that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may require additional time.
