UK Delivery via Royal Mail

Standard Delivery

  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 working days from dispatch

  • Cost: £3.95 (Free on orders over £70)

Express Delivery

  • Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 working days from dispatch

  • Cost: £5.95


Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, product launches, or holiday seasons, please allow up to 3 business days. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.


Delivery Notes

  • All standard UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • UK Saturday and International express deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.

  • We are not responsible for packages left unattended or outside the delivery address when the recipient is unavailable.

  • During peak trading periods (e.g. public holidays, Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may vary slightly.

  • At this time, we do not ship to Russia.


Tracking & Confirmation

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor your parcel’s progress in real time. Delivery confirmation is included with all UK orders for added peace of mind.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer flexible returns and exchanges on eligible items.


Returns

Our standard 30-day return policy applies to all non-personalised jewellery. Items must be returned in unworn, original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at info@anaisaimee.com with your order details.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for alternative sizes, lengths, or styles where possible. Please contact us at info@anaisaimee.com with your name, order number, and exchange request. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


Personalised & Custom-Made Items

Personalised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged or faulty.


Earrings

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are only eligible for return if unworn and in their original sealed condition.


Gifts

If you received an Anais & Aimée item as a gift and wish to initiate a return or exchange, please provide the name and order number of the original purchaser, if available.


Price Match Guarantee

If the price of an item you purchased is reduced within 100 days, we’re happy to offer you a gift voucher for the difference—no questions asked.

To make a request, simply open the chat on our website and type: “Price Match”.

Note: The price difference is calculated based on the item’s listed price on the date your request is received.

Return Shipping

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Anais & Aimée is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
