We know it can take a moment to feel confident in your choice. If your jewellery isn’t quite right, or if there’s an issue, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

Returns Policy

Extended Returns Period

As part of our extended festive returns period, any orders placed between 3 December 2025 and 24 December 2025 may be returned until 30 January 2026 if you change your mind.

This excludes non-returnable items such as earrings, as well as customise pieces.

Standard Returns

If you’d like to return an item, we’re happy to offer either an exchange or a refund when the piece is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that this does not apply to earrings, customise items.

All returns must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

UK returns are free when using the prepaid label provided through our returns portal. At this time, we’re unable to offer free returns for international orders. To help reduce return postage costs, you’re welcome to send your item back using minimal packaging, provided it is securely protected during transit.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable, but may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt, subject to availability.

Please note that earrings, customise pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Site promotions (such as Black Friday) are not classed as sale items. Purchases made during these events remain eligible for our standard returns policy.

Customise Items & Earrings

Personalised and engraved jewellery is made especially for you and is therefore non-returnable. Any personalised items returned to us will be sent back to the delivery address on the original order.

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your jewellery is faulty or has been damaged, please select “contact us” to begin the warranty claim process. You’ll be asked to upload a clear photo showing the issue, which allows our Customer Care team to assess the claim and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

If you have any concerns or are unable to upload a photo, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Sale & Promotional Returns

Site promotions (such as Black Friday) are not classed as sale purchases. Items purchased during these promotions remain eligible for our standard returns policy.

From time to time, Anais&Aimee may offer complimentary gifts as part of a promotion. If your order included a complimentary gift and you’re returning it for a refund, the gift must also be returned in order for the refund to be processed in full.

If you’re exchanging an item, please retain the complimentary gift and we’ll arrange the exchange for the purchased piece.
