What if a product is unavailable?

What payment methods are available on the website?

At anaisaimee.com, we welcome a range of payment options for your convenience. We gladly accept United Kingdom-issued credit cards, debit cards, and various payment methods such as PayPal®, Apple Pay®, American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, UnionPay®, and Klarna®. Moreover, our platform also accommodates international cards, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers worldwide.

When will my credit card be charged?

As soon as you place your order online, payment authorization will be requested automatically to verify credit card validity and availability of funds. The card is not charged at this time: the actual payment occurs when the order is shipped, at which point you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Why did you charge me twice even though I placed only one order?

Anaisaimee.com guarantees that your credit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order. It is possible that the amount may be shown twice on your credit card statement: the first entry corresponds to the payment authorisation request that is made when you place the order and which will be released; the second confirms the actual charge. 

What packaging will my order come in?

All AnaisAimee creations purchased online are artfully hand-wrapped and delivered in an elegant signature box. A true design masterpiece for uniquely extraordinary pieces.

Can I choose a delivery date/hour?

It is not possible to choose a specific date and hour. You can try to contact the courier directly to organise a possible delivery date.

How can i find out which items are availablr for pre-order?

Items that are available for pre-order can easily be recognised by their "Pre-order" label on the product grid and the product page.

What are the benefits of pre-ordering a product?

By pre-ordering an item, you are guaranteed the size or specific piece you would like, without taking the risk that it will sell out as soon as it is available. Due to high demand, some items may sell out even before they are physically in stock.

How can i make a payment for a pre-order item?

Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and the total amount of the order will be charged immediately upon completion of the pre-order. No bank transfer, or cash on delivery will be accepted.

Can I combine in-stock and pre-order items in one order?

It is not currently possible to purchase in-stock products and pre-order items in the same order. You will need to place separate orders. If you pre-order several products with different delivery dates, the entire order will be sent as soon as all products are ready for shipment, i.e., the latest shipping date will apply.

Can I cancel a pre-ordered item?

The terms of cancelling a pre-order are the same as for standard orders. You can cancel a pre-order before the shipping process has started by contacting our Customer Service team. Once the shipping process has started and a tracking number has been issued, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled. Nevertheless, products that have been pre-ordered may subsequently be returned for a refund or exchanged according to the applicable return conditions. Pre-ordered personalised items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
