Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer flexible returns and exchanges on eligible items.

Returns

Our standard 30-day return policy applies to all non-personalised jewellery. Items must be returned in unworn, original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at info@anaisaimee.com with your order details.

Return Address: Follow the instructions provided to send your package.

Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not accept returns or process refunds for any items sent back after 30 days from the date of delivery.


Return Processing Time

Inspection: Allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect the returned item.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and may take up to 7 days to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for alternative sizes, lengths, or styles where possible. Please contact us at info@anaisaimee.com with your name, order number, and exchange request. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.


Personalised & Custom-Made Items

Personalised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless damaged or faulty.


Earrings

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items from our Earrings Collection.


Gifts

If you received an Anais & Aimée item as a gift and wish to initiate a return or exchange, please provide the name and order number of the original purchaser, if available.


Price Match Guarantee

If the price of an item you purchased is reduced within 100 days, we’re happy to offer you a gift voucher for the difference—no questions asked.

To make a request, simply open the chat on our website and type: “Price Match”.

Note: The price difference is calculated based on the item’s listed price on the date your request is received.
