Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the items. If you find any defects, damage, or if an incorrect item was sent, contact us right away. We'll assess the situation promptly and work towards resolving it.
 

EXCHANGES
We are happy to accommodate exchanges for different lengths, materials, or even entirely different pieces. To initiate an exchange, please send an email to info@anaisaimee.com with your name, order number, and details of your exchange request. We'll get back to you with a confirmation if your exchange is feasible.

RETURNS
Our standard 100-day return policy applies to all non-personalized jewelry purchases.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Please note that items which are personalized, engraved, or custom-made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

EARRINGS
We now accept returns of earrings, provided they are unworn and in their original condition.

GIFTS
If you received your Anais & Aimee Jewellery as a gift, kindly provide the name of the person who made the purchase.

PRICE MATCH
If the price of an item you've bought decreases within the 100-day return period, we'll happily issue you a gift voucher for the price difference*, with no hassles.

*The price difference is determined based on the item's selling price on the date we receive your request.
