 OUR RETURNS POLICY

Satisfaction Guarantee:
Should you find yourself not entirely pleased with your purchase, we welcome you to return it for either a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Exceptions to Our Policy:
Please note, we cannot accept returns of the following:
- Earrings or any piercing jewellery.
- Items that have been personalised or engraved.
- Products that have been worn or are not returned in their original packaging.

If you discover a fault with any item in your order, please reach out to us at info@anaisaimee.com before sending anything back.

Returning Your Items:
- Repack your items in their original Anais & Aimee packaging.
- Please contact us at info@anaisaimee.com for request the return form at Include a note with your Order Number, Name, and Reason for Return. 
- Choose a courier and send the items back using a trackable service. Please keep your postage receipt as proof.

Refunds Process:
- We process refunds to the original payment method, including Anais & Aimee gift cards.
- You'll receive an email from us within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
- Allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Delivery charges for returning non-faulty items are not covered. However, for faulty goods, we will reimburse the delivery charges along with providing a refund or exchange.

Additional Information:
- For items becoming faulty within 6 months of purchase, we can offer a refund or replacement. Please contact info@anaisaimee.com for assistance.
- We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items purchased over 6 months ago.
